WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our Messy Monsterz sessions are run out of various venues throughout Townsville.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We strongly suggest you dress yourself and your little monster in clothes you do not mind getting Messy!
We do use paint and food colouring in some of our stations and we would hate for you to ruin your special clothes.
In most cases we have found if the clothes are washed the same day the food colouring comes right out. Paint sometimes may leave a stain. We take no responsibility however for any clothes or belongings that are stained, marked or damaged.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Please bring with you:
- Your ticket or confirmation on your phone, no screenshots please
- A change of clothes and nappy (if needed) for your monster
- A towel to dry your child off (perhaps another for you to sit on in the car if you find yourself extra messy)
- A plastic bag or wet bag to take your messy clothes home in
- A snack and drink for your child for after the session- messy play is hard work!
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS?
We ask that you please use your camera with caution; respect that other parents/carers may not want their little monster or themselves in your picture.
We will be taking photos and short videos during sessions with your consent. If you do not wish to have your picture taken please let us know when checking in.
I'M NO LONGER ABLE TO ATTEND, CAN I GET A REFUND OR CHANGE MY TICKET?
Unfortunately, due to hire charges, preparation and material costs, your ticket is non-refundable or non-transferable should you no longer be able to attend your ticketed event (including for illness).
HOWEVER, you can give you ticket to a family member or friend to use in your place.
CAN I ATTEND ON MY OWN WITH MORE THAN ONE CHILD?
Most definitely!

We understand you may have more than one little monster who would love to join in the fun! However we do ask that you ensure they are fully supervised at all times whilst in attendance but please feel free to ask our friendly staff for some help if needed!
Each ticket includes admittance for one child and one adult. You will still need to purchase a separate ticket for each child participating.
ARE THERE ANY ALLERGENS PRESENT AND WHAT DOES TASTE SAFE MEAN?
We do not use any products containing; nuts, soy, dairy or eggs in our activities.

HOWEVER some products used do have allergy labels warning the product "May Contain traces of" these allergens.

All materials used are food based and prepared and stored following food safe practices.
Taste safe means that your little one will be fine if they do happen to have a little taste however the activities are not intended to be eaten.
